Stage 1: Initial Consultation<\/strong><\/p>\n We meet with you to find out about your building requirements and address any concerns or questions you\u2019ve got about your building project.<\/p>\n Stage 2: First Consultation with Architect or Building Designer<\/strong><\/p>\n We meet with your Architect or Building Designer to discuss your vision, concepts, ideas and budget.<\/p>\n Stage 3: Design of floor plan and concept<\/strong><\/p>\n Your initial floor plan, design and concept need to meet your expectations and budget. Some of the discussion points include:<\/p>\n Stage 3: Viewing our homes<\/strong><\/p>\n We understand that you\u2019d like to see what our work is like and can arrange a viewing of completed buildings or buildings under construction.<\/p>\n Stage 4: Quotation presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n Going through our quotation in a face to face presentation means you get all the information you need and can ask as many questions as you like.<\/p>\n Stage 5: Sign contract<\/strong><\/p>\n Six Degrees Building contracts are a legal document that has been specifically designed by the Housing Industry Association (HIA). To formalise our quotation, we both sign this contract.<\/p>\n Both parties will also sign your building plans. Six Degrees Building can then apply for QBE warranty insurance.<\/p>\n Stage 6: Submit plans<\/strong><\/p>\n Six Degrees Building will submit plans for either council building approval or building permit approval.<\/p>\n After planning consent has been granted, construction approval will then be sought through local building surveyors.
